KMIT admission policy states that students must have passed TS EAMCET exam for admission through the counselling process for BTech courses. TS EAMCET exam 2024 is currently ongoing and will end on May 11, 2024. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) will announce the result in June 2024 (tentative). Once the result is announced in June, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will start the TS EAPCET counselling 2024 for BTech admission at KMIT.
Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology was established in the year 2007. It is an autonomous institution. KMIT is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). The institute is sponsored and managed by the Keshav Memorial Education Society and is located in the state of Telangana in Hyderabad, India. Being one of the premier Engineering colleges in Telangana, the college is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA. It is also recognised by UGC, Govt. of Telangana and NAAC with grade A.
Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology courses are offered in 4 different specialisations of Engineering. The KMIT admission to the UG course is based on the rank scored by a candidate in the TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test).
The KMIT campus also offers a number of facilities to the students, among which are well-equipped, spacious classrooms, halls and auditoriums. The college also has a full-fledged library, KMIT Granthalaya with a large number of learning resources along with e- resources. The college promotes several extension activities through NSS and NCC. KMIT courses are offered in various specialisations for B.Tech admission. The KMIT UG course eligibility criteria are that the candidates should have passed 10+2 in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. After meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates also have to appear for the entrance test, TS EAMCET. The entrance test is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. The total fees for KMIT course is Rs. 4,37,000.

KMIT admission 2024 to BTech requires candidates to pass the entrance exam which is TS EAPCET. In 2024, TS EAMCET exam will be conducted between May 7 to 11, 2024. The result is released by JNTUH. For 2024, TS EAPCET result is expected to be released in June 2024. The counselling for KMIT admission to BTech will start in June 2024 (tentative) after the result is released.
The initial stage in the KMIT admission procedure is meeting the eligibility requirements. After the candidates have taken the TS EAMCET entrance exam, the results are then made public. Candidates are shortlisted for KMIT admission based on the institute's published cutoff. Seats are assigned by the TS EAMCET counselling process, for which applicants must first register and then indicate KMIT as their top choice. According to KMIT's admission requirements, management quota or NRI applicants cover the remaining 30% of seats, leaving 70% of them open for entrance test merit scores.

The KMIT placement cell assists with student placement. The KMIT placement programme is offered both on and off campus. The placement cell also offers training such as personality development training, a communication skills programme, company-specific boot camps, resume preparation, group talks, mock interviews, etc. to get the students ready for placement. KMIT cutoff is prepared by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) by taking into account the score obtained in the TS EAMCET exam. The cutoffs are released during the counselling process. KMIT cutoff 2024 is expected to be out in June 2024.
